Our Story: From Tooting to Clapham Junction
SW11 Medical Clinic — formerly known as Tooting Medical Centre and Polski Lekarz — has been serving the Polish and English-speaking communities of South London for many years. Our Tooting branch, beloved by thousands of patients, closed last year. But this was not an ending — it was a move forward.
Every single patient from Tooting has been warmly welcomed at our new, purpose-built clinic at 45 Lavender Hill, Clapham Junction. The faces are familiar, the care is the same, and the new space is simply better equipped to serve you.

Last year, we relocated to our new, modern premises at 45 Lavender Hill, Clapham Junction. All patients were transferred and the same team of doctors continues to provide care.

For our long-standing patients from Tooting, the journey to our new clinic is straightforward and convenient.
Bus 77 — runs directly from Tooting to Clapham Junction. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes and the bus stops right outside our clinic on Lavender Hill.
Clapham Junction Station is a short walk away, with excellent rail and bus connections from across South London.
