Tomasz graduated with a MSc Hons in Physiotherapy from the University of Physical Education in Cracow Poland in 2005 and worked in both the National Heath settings (NFZ) and private practice.
In over 15 years of his career as a physiotherapist, Tomasz worked with adults, elderly people, infants, school children and teenagers in clinical, outpatients and private settings.
During his eight years employment as an independent physiotherapist on Traumatology – Orthopaedic Department, Surgery Department, Neurology/Neuro-Surgery Department, Intensive Care Unit, and outpatient physiotherapy department at Children’s Hospital in Warsaw, Tomasz has developed a wealth of experience in the management and treatment of various orthopaedic and neuromuscular conditions.
After moving to London in 2008, Tomasz has been providing home treatment sessions as a sole practitioner in South East London area. Since 2015 he also joined the Physiotherapy Clinics in Dartford and Bexley as a musculoskeletal and paediatric physiotherapist.
Tomasz has extensive experience in the treatment of all musculoskeletal disorders, but has a special interest in treatment of neck, lower back pain, upper limb disorders (shoulder impingement or tennis/golfers elbow) as well as sport related hip, knee and ankle injuries.
In his practice Tomasz provide best evidence based treatments available for clients using a wide range of manual techniques and methods like Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation, Mulligan’s Mobilisation with Movements Concept, soft tissue mobilisations, soft tissue release and Kinesio-Taping.
Tomasz is fully registered with HCPC (Health and Care Professions Council), CSP (Charted Society of Physiotherapy) as well as EUSSER (European Society of Shoulder and Elbow Rehabilitation).
