What is neurosurgery?
Neurosurgery is a specialized field of medicine that focuses on diagnosing and treating diseases of the nervous system, including the brain, spinal cord, and peripheral nerves. Neurosurgeons perform surgical procedures that may involve removing brain tumors, treating head injuries, or performing spinal surgeries. If you need a consultation with an experienced neurosurgeon in London or the Clapham area, contact us for professional assistance.
What does a neurosurgical examination involve?
A neurosurgical examination starts with a detailed medical interview, allowing the doctor to assess symptoms and medical history. This is followed by various diagnostic tests, such as magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) or computed tomography (CT), which allow for precise imaging of the brain and spinal structures. A neurosurgeon in London will help you understand the results and propose the appropriate treatment method.

What conditions does a neurosurgeon treat?
Neurosurgery covers the treatment of a wide range of conditions, such as brain tumors, herniated discs, spinal stenosis, epilepsy, and brain and spinal cord injuries. A neurosurgeon may also intervene in cases such as Parkinson’s disease, hand tremors, or balance problems. Each case requires an individualized approach, so our neurosurgeon in Clapham will carefully assess your needs and plan the appropriate treatment.
Choosing to seek the services of a neurosurgeon is an important step toward improving your health. Our clinic in London, located in the Clapham area, offers access to modern diagnostic technologies and experienced specialists who will provide you with comprehensive care. By choosing us, you can be confident that your case is in the hands of professionals who will thoroughly examine and plan the right treatment.
